SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy ensures that all items are packaged with utmost care and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box after payment has been confirmed and the product has been released. Typically, shipping will occur within 1 week of product release date, and tracking information will be uploaded at the close of each business day.

Shipping charges from different publishers are zone-based, making it challenging to calculate exact costs. Therefore, we use generalized average rates to simplify the process. Most publishers ship directly to the customer. However, if drop shipping is necessary, we have two hubs based in the USA and Hong Kong.

For Pre-Order Items, we will ship the product once the publisher has released it and inform you of applicable shipping charges, which must be paid at that time if it exceeds the average shipping cost captured upon order placement.

Please note that Steelbooks are delicate and may have micro dents, scratches, or other flaws that are only visible after the wrapping is removed. While we thoroughly inspect each Steelbook, we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred after the wrapping has been removed.
